Returns & Exchanges

1. Cooling-off

For distance sales under Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, a 7-day right to cancel may apply after receipt (statutory exceptions apply).

Custom, perishable, or hygiene-sealed opened items may be excluded.

2. Defects

Contact support with photos/video and order info. We may exchange, replace, or refund after review.

3. Process

Email cskh@ahao.net first. Keep original packaging and accessories.

4. Shipping costs

Defect-related returns: case by case. Change-of-mind returns may be paid by the customer.
